Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation at Lunar Farm Cabin. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Lunar Farm management.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our business:

  • No Refunds: All deposits and payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  • Rescheduling Option: If you notify us at least 7 days before your check-in date, we will allow you to reschedule your stay to another available date within 12 months of your original booking.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for rescheduling, and all payments will be forfeited.
  • No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will forfeit their entire payment and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat the property and all furnishings with respect and care
  • Comply with the maximum occupancy limit of 6 guests
  • Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
  • Not smoke inside the cabin (outdoor smoking areas are provided)
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness
  • Report any damages or issues immediately to management
  • Respect the natural environment and local wildlife

5. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. Lunar Farm reserves the right to charge guests for repairs or replacements of damaged items. Guests are liable for their personal belongings and Lunar Farm is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

6. Pets

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance. An additional pet fee may apply. Guests with pets must ensure their animals are well-behaved, supervised at all times, and do not disturb other guests or wildlife.

7. Force Majeure

Lunar Farm is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, power outages, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule their stay.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Guest information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

9. Modifications to Terms

Lunar Farm reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and guests will be notified of significant changes via email.
