Cancellation Policy

Our Policy
At Lunar Farm, we understand that travel plans can change. While we maintain a no-refund policy to protect our business and ensure fair treatment of all guests, we offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate changes in your plans.
Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit confirms your commitment to your stay and allows us to hold the dates exclusively for you. The remaining 50% balance is due upon check-in.
No Refund Policy
All deposits and payments made to Lunar Farm are non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances. This policy helps us maintain our operations and ensures we can continue providing exceptional service to all our guests.
Rescheduling Option
We offer a flexible rescheduling option as an alternative to cancellation:
- 7-Day Notice: If you notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date, you may reschedule your stay to another available date.
- 12-Month Window: Rescheduled stays must occur within 12 months of your original booking date.
- Subject to Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We recommend providing multiple alternative dates to ensure we can accommodate your request.
- One-Time Reschedule: Each booking is eligible for one complimentary reschedule. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 7 days before your check-in date are not eligible for rescheduling. All payments will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued. We encourage guests to review their travel plans carefully and notify us as early as possible if changes are needed.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will forfeit their entire payment (both deposit and balance) and will not be eligible for rescheduling or any form of credit.
Early Departure
If you choose to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for unused nights. We recommend planning your stay duration carefully to maximize your experience at Lunar Farm.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent you from accessing the property or us from providing services, we will work with you to reschedule your stay at no additional cost. This is the only exception to our standard cancellation policy.

Please include your booking reference number and provide at least 2-3 alternative date options to help us accommodate your request quickly.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected events that may prevent you from traveling. Many travel insurance policies cover trip cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
